Refund Policy

The short version

Premium reports come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a report doesn't feel like it was worth it, email hello@typeroot.net within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no forms, no interrogation.

How it works

• Email us from the address you used at checkout, mentioning the report you bought.
• We verify the purchase via our payment processor (Gumroad) and issue a refund to the original payment method, usually within 2–5 business days.
• Refunds are processed even if you've downloaded and read the report. It costs us little to make and we'd rather you feel fairly treated.

What's not refundable

The free test is free, so there's nothing to refund. Chargebacks made without contacting us first just slow everything down for everyone — please email first; we're easy.

Why a guarantee?

Personality content is subjective, and we'd rather earn a repeat customer than defend a sale. If the report misses for you, tell us what you'd hoped for — we read every message and improve the reports with that feedback.
